Install the dconf-editor:

sudo apt-get install dconf-tools

Start the dconf-editor and navigate to

org.gnome.rhythmbox.rhythmdb

Edit the Locations entry and add (or replace) the music location (format of
the line is: [‘file:///loc1′,’file:///loc2’])
